Mind Body & Pole Classes!
The availability of these classes are subject to change! Check our schedule for the most up to date class availability. Class reservations must be scheduled & paid for online, prior to class. For all classes please be on time! There is a strict 5 min grace period. The doors will be locked during class for everyone's safety.

Newbies Pole
In this class you will learn basic yet fundamental pole dance technique like hand & feet placement, walking around the pole, floor-work & more! You will also practice the art of teasing & feeling sexy! This class is geared towards pole first timers, but you are welcome to take this class as many times as you need to feel comfortable moving up to Beginner Pole 1!
Beginner Pole 1
In this class you will take what you learned in Newbies & build on it! We will work on basic pole moves, body rolls, transitions, spins & more! You will start to learn how to combine what you know into short, but sexy, combos! While there is no test out required to move up to Beginner Pole 2, we do require you take this class several times before moving up.


Beginner Pole 2
In this class you will learn more advanced beginner moves. We will work on more intricate spins, floorwork, leg waves, headstands, basic invert prep & routines as well as learn ways to climb & sit on the pole! We require you take this class several times before requesting to test out & moving up to Intermediate Pole 1!
Intermediate Pole 1
In this class you will learn ways to invert & how to do basic moves while inverted! You will work on complex spins, handstands, poses, climbs, routines, floorwork & plenty more! We require you take this class several times before requesting to test out & moving up to Intermediate Pole 2!


Intermediate Pole 2
In this class you will use everything you've learned in the past levels, in advanced routines. At this level you will be perfecting your moves as well as working on aerial inverts, handsprings, advanced poses, drops, flips, handstands & difficult pole combinations.
Stretch & Meditate
In this class you will learn to stretch, split, flex & challenge your bodies flexibility level. This class will condition & elongate your muscles, improving the range of motion in your joints. After we stretch, we head into meditation. This part of class is relaxed & mostly quiet. There is no pole dancing in this class.


Pole Conditioning
In this class you will participate in many different full body floor & pole exercises. This class will help you gain the strength, stamina & endurance you need to reach all your pole goals! There will be no pole dancing in this class.
Chair & Lapdance
This class will be all about sexy chair & lap dance routines. We will work on sensual movements, feeling confident and choreography. Best of all, you get a sexy routine to take home & show off to your partner. There is no pole dancing in this class.


Twerkout!
If you already know you like to twerk or if you need some help getting that thang moving, this is the class for you! This class is all about having fun & feeling good! We will touch on the basics of twerk, hip/cheek isolations & floor work. Come burn some major calories by joining us for our next Twerkout session.
Sexy n Heels Choreo
In this class you will work on sexy yet, simple choreography. Put on your sexy dancing heels (not pole heels) & follow along! This is an all levels welcome, fun time. There will be no pole dancing in this class.

Open Poles!
Open Poles is exactly that, open pole time! Use this time to record yourself working on anything pole & dance related. Whether that's working on choreography, freestyle or practicing moves you learned in class. This will be a small group session to ensure each student can get great videos of themselves doing their best moves! There will be an instructor present ONLY to check students in but this studio time is NOT instructor led. MUST BE BEGINNER POLE 2 MINIMUM.
*General class tips!*
-No lotion or body oils 12-24 hours before class, we will all be ashy so don't worry about it!
-No jewelry in class.
-You will sweat! Bring water & be mindful to please wear deodorant.
-Pole tac to improve grip is recommended & can be purchased at the studio.
-Don't expect to master every move the first time you try it! Be patient with yourself.
-For all classes please be on time! The doors will be locked during class for everyone's safety. There is a strict 5 min grace period.
